Shipping policy
Orders placed before 12 PM CST are processed within the business day. All BuddyLove orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin being processed the following business day. Your package will ship in the following business days if placed after 12 PM CST on Friday - Sunday or on a company holiday, this includes any order with an expedited shipping label.
Orders with multiple items could be shipped in multiple packages.
DYI is not responsible for reimbursement for any packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Once it has left our facility, the responsibility is on the shipping carrier to successfully deliver your order at the appropriate time.
Please follow the tracking number that is provided to see all updates or delays. If there has not been an update on your tracking for more than 5 business days, please use the contact form that can be found on the Help Center home page to reach out to our team. For a faster experience, provide your order number and tracking number that is being inquired about.
If there is an issue with your order, our team will reach out to you within 2 business days of your order being placed. Failure to respond within 14 days of the email being sent, will no longer be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, a gift card with store credit for the amount of the item(s) will be issued. Please be sure to check your spam within this timeframe of your order.
DYI has been experiencing higher than normal product backorders due to higher demand of product in 2024, therefore some of our stock has been selling faster than normal. Because of that, we have been experiencing backorders. If your order is backordered, we will reach out to you within 2 business days to notify of the product backorder, and you will be given the opportunity have the item refunded or you may wait until it is back in stock. We work our hardest to make sure all packages are sent in compliance with our Shipping Policy.
The dates below are the 2024 Company Holidays that our business will be closed on and our team will be out of the office. This will affect all orders being sent, and returns being processed.
January: 1st - 3rd
July: 3rd - 5th
September: 1st - 2nd
November: 27th - 30th
December: 1st & 21st - 31st
If an order is placed during these dates, including expedited shipping orders, it will be shipped within the following 1-2 business days.
