Refund policy
DYI RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
DYI will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, in smoke free condition, deodorant free, and pet hair free, with all tags attached. If your return requires a wash due to deodorant, damage, no hang tags, soiled garments, unfortunately we will be unable to accept your return.
SHOES: Must be returned in undamaged original shoe box.
SWIM: Must be returned with hygienic liner.
The DYI Team reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with hangtags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, beauty items, or sale styles are not available for return.

To complete your return, please email hello@shopdyi.com with your order number, style you are returning, and your reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions and a return label.
To initiate an Exchange, email us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@shopdyi.com. All items must have tags on, in original packaging, not washed or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Store credit will be given for items returned that are on sale.
