I Am Detoxing
Spring is the season to rid your body of harmful substances. One of the easiest and best ways to detox is by consuming plenty of organic fruits and veggies. It can be helpful to add natural supplements and healing practices to support the cleansing process.

Start by eliminating foods that are devoid of nutrition or difficult to digest i.e. processed foods, sugar, meat and dairy. Cut back on caffeine and alcohol to prepare your body for detoxing. This is a time to lighten the load on your digestive system.
Decide on the number of days you will devote to detoxing. The more toxicity symptoms you have, the longer it will take. Symptoms may include excess weight, bloating, skin rashes, inflammation, headaches, brain fog, depression, sore muscles, aches and pains.
Be easy about this. Your body was designed for self-healing and detoxing is just one way to support the natural process of restoring balance. Give yourself time to rest and drink plenty of pure water with lemon, especially first thing in the morning, to assist with cleansing.
Cleanse your chakras by drinking fresh juice and smoothies made from organic fruits and veggies that match the colors of your chakras. You can drink the whole rainbow in a week. If you don’t already have one, I recommend buying a juicer.
Simply by adding more fresh produce into your diet will assist your body in detoxing. Fruits and veggies come with unique healing properties that naturally get rid of what your body doesn't need. For example, kiwis have over forty trace minerals, balance blood sugar, and alleviate digestive issues.

An organic apple is a powerful anti-inflammatory and it delivers phytochemicals that remove heavy metals and radiation from your body. It also helps to cleanse your organs, improve circulation and acts as a natural colon cleanser.
Avocados are storehouses of vital nutrients that aid in digestion. They are a wonderful brain food that is rich in healthy omega-6 fatty acids. They reverse aging and alleviate dementia and Alzheimer's. Add them to a salad, mash them on toast, add them to a smoothie or make healthy guacamole.
