Cultivate the habit of increasing loving energy by paying attention to your feelings. Emotions are the inner guidance system that lets you know if you’re operating from love or fear. Trust the wisdom of your heart to balance your relationships with love.

Increasing divine energy determines the quality of your life. There is an infinite supply available so the key is allowing it to inspire you. Tap into this source of wisdom by getting in the habit of meditating in the morning to balance your whole day.

The habit of nourishing your body with organic whole foods is a feminine trait. The action required to buy the right food that your body needs to thrive, is a masculine trait. Maintain a balance between both of these attributes to enjoy a well-balanced diet.

Four essential elements to a balanced lifestyle are: health, work, relationships and spirituality. When you’re in the habit of paying attention to these four areas, you tend to live in a state of balance. Notice how each part contributes to living life more fully.
