The best way to enjoy the holidays is to be a source of joy. In this week’s blog you’ll find seven ways to fill yourself up with joy and share your good vibes with others.

I Am Joyful

You are made of stardust. Your body has the same elements of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and sulfur that are found in stars. When you shine like the brilliant star that you are you bring more joy to the world.

We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy.” ~ Joseph Campbell

ACTION STEPS

There is a rare event happening this week. The great conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter will cause a Christmas Star to appear in the night sky. View this event tonight as a cosmic sign to shine your own light where there is darkness.

Think of your body as a container for joy. A joyful body feels vibrantly alive, and fully hydrated. Drink purified water with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, add chia seeds to salads and smoothies, and eat plenty of high water-content fruits and veggies for the best hydration.

Joyful thoughts attract joyful experiences. Focus on being a source of joy by creating a happiness mindset. Simply choose to be happy no matter what is happening outside of yourself, and you’ll naturally radiate joy from within.

Joy vibrates at a high frequency and you can use this human emotion to generate good vibes wherever you go. Imagine that you’re playing a character in a movie and the role requires that you’re full of joy in every scene. Now write your own screenplay so that you can bring joy to life.

The spirit of joy is within every good deed, large and small. Each act of human kindness is in service to the meaning of Christmas because it adds more joy to the whole season of goodwill. Let your soul shine through the holidays and beyond and watch your life get brighter and brighter.

The joy of cooking comes from preparing a meal with a joyful heart. Food that is made with love contains extra nutrients that nourish the body and soul. Play uplifting music, dance and sing while you’re doing your magic in the kitchen and everyone will benefit.

It’s up to you to create your own style for the holidays. If you choose to be cool, calm and collected, that’s your choice. If you enjoy being fired up, energetic, and a bit over the top, that’s another choice. Or you may choose to be somewhere in between where you experience pure joy.

HAVE A JOYFUL CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
